We’re excited to announce an interactive workshop ‘Women on Boards: Advancing to Top Positions!’ with Poonam Barua on Thursday, June 22 from 18:30-20:00 live on Zoom.
Poonam Barua will share her insights and hands-on lessons from preparing and certifying women for top leadership positions. The interactive training will cover the following key areas:

About the trainer
Poonam Barua is a distinguished Global Business Leader, Influencer, Economist, Entrepreneur, Author, Corporate Board Director, and Founder-Chairman of the pioneering “Forum for Women in Leadership” and Founder CEO of WILL Forum India. She is the author of “Leadership by Proxy: The Story of Women in Corporate India” (Bloomsbury), and has been listed as “Linkedin Top Voices 2019.” Ms. Barua has been awarded a Visiting Scholarship at Wharton Advanced Management Program, USA, for her work on women in leadership. She also holds a Ford Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University, for her work on conflict resolution in South Asia. She is a Visiting Fellow at the Henry L. Stimson Center (Washington D.C.) and at the Salzburg Global Seminar in Austria. Ms. Barua is a trained Economist with a Master’s Degree from the Delhi School of Economics.
