WIIS Brussels organized with the joint Delegation of the Netherlands to NATO a private screening of the documentary film “Notes from Brussels” by film director Nadine van Loon. This was an opportunity to follow three women and their drive to keep ahead in Brussels’ fast-paced institutions while pursuing their European dream. It was an opportunity to discuss among colleagues within the Organization and the film director issues of female leadership, international careers, the future of work and well-being at work. For WIIS Brussels, it was yet another occasion to stress the importance of the human face behind the competitive professional setting from a female perspective and discuss organizational culture.
