We’re excited to announce the online training “Gender mainstreaming: a practical guide” on Wednesday, October 18th from 18:30-20:00 on Zoom with Angelica Aràmbulo & Andrea Tauta!
Designed by to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in integrating gender perspectives into policies and practices. Through interactions and case studies, participants will learn how to apply gender mainstreaming principles to create more equitable and inclusive policies in workplaces.
Whether you’re a policymaker, advocate, or professional seeking to enhance your understanding of gender-sensitive approaches, this training will provide you with several tools to make a meaningful impact in your field.

About the trainer
Andrea is a Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) advisor and trainer, with a wide range of experience designing and guiding HIV response interventions, reproductive health access and youth adolescent pregnancy programmes. She has experience working in Latin America, the Caribbean, and East Africa region with organisations such as COC International, RedTranSex, and the United Nations as a gender and diversity advisor and programme manager. Andrea has a Master’s in Social Policy with a specialisation in Gender and Women Studies, and is currently the project manager of SRHR programmes with Butterfly Works and a diversity and inclusion trainer for Brave Spaces Netherlands.
